Jess is a Specialist Occupational Therapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). She has extensive experience delivering occupational therapy assessments and interventions across mental health and rehabilitation settings and has a particular interest in sensory processing and sensory integration-informed practice.
She works with children, young people, adults, and families, supporting individuals experiencing sensory processing difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, neurodevelopmental differences, and difficulties engaging in everyday activities at home, school, work, or in the community.
Jess’ approach is person-centred, family-focused, and strengths-based. She works collaboratively with clients and their support networks to identify challenges, build on existing strengths, and develop practical strategies that can be embedded into everyday life. Clients can expect a warm, compassionate, and collaborative service. Assessments and interventions are tailored to individual needs, with practical recommendations, sensory strategies, and family support designed to enhance participation, independence, confidence, and overall quality of life.
